The International Workshop on QSAR in the Environmental
and Human Health Sciences is a biennial meeting. The meetings which
have been held since 1983, provide an interface between theory and
application of structure-based methods to predict chemical effects.
The Workshop is run as a friendly and informal meeting aiming to
synthesise ideas and encourage interchange from all participants.
It is of interest to industry, academia, and those in the regulatory
field.
The
Workshop will be held in Liverpool, in the north-west of England.
Liverpool is a vibrant and cosmopolitan city and is honoured to
be the European Capital of Culture in 2008. The city won the award
on the strength of its architecture, art, theatres and the pride,
hospitality and good humour of the local population.
