The organisers of QSAR2004 appreciate that everybody’s
plans can change. We will always attempt to work with delegates
to achieve some form of compromise and best solution should a change
in plans occur. However, below is our standard Refunds Policy as
agreed by the Local Organising Committee and (in part) required
by our bankers.
- A full refund will be available on any registration made by
credit card within seven days of the payment being processed.
Otherwise the refund policy will be:
- Cancellation of registration 3 months before the Workshop: 95%
refund
- Cancellation of registration 2 months before the Workshop:
75% refund
- Cancellation of registration 1 month before the Workshop: 50%
refund
- No refunds will be available in the month before the commencement
of the Workshop (i.e. after 9th April 2004).
The refund relates to all costs associated with the conference.
Refunds will normally be made by cheque in pounds sterling drawn
on a United Kingdom Bank Account. The decision of the Local Organising
Committee regarding any aspect of the refund process is final.
Should any delegate have a query regarding a refund, or wish to
cancel (or alter) their registration they should contact the conference
organisers immediately.
All claims for refunds following cancellation will be dealt with
sympathetically. In exceptional circumstances claims for refunds
will be dealt with on an individual basis by the Local Organising
Committee. |
